此酒店货不对版，大床房写的是31平米，实际跟最小的简约大床房一样。我投诉了服务员还一脸我乱写了又怎样的黑脸表情。要求重新分配房间就说已经满房了调整不了。投诉抗议后才不得不调整了房间，可是整件事由头到尾包括老板在内完全没有一个人向我道歉，全体上下都摆出一副就这样住不住随你的模样！！！由此看出这酒店就是一间私人作坊，如你没什么投诉，可能会觉得服务还不错，但一旦有争端，就好不专业、完全不是从顾客的角度来处理。以后都不会来住了，而且建议其他人定这酒店要三思。

非常好体验，定的榻榻米，入住时候还没有打扫好，酒店给升级了亲子房，电视是投影，巨幕，洗漱用品是佰草集，唯一缺点，投影必须是爱奇艺白金会员，黄金都没有用，很多片子不能看。去凯蒂乐园很近，性价比比银润小镇高。

酒店就在安吉高速入口旁，开车离kitty乐园不远，十几分钟路程能到市中心。房间干净整洁，服务热情，很满意
