服务态度差，酒店设施老旧差，艺龙预订给订单号和入住人身份证前台信息都说查不到，还要我们自己联系艺龙查询。1个小时才办理好入住，第一天入住尽然半夜12点空调坏了，因为家人第一天玩累已睡觉，不方便通知维修，只能在冷冰冰房间渡过，第二天一早通知酒店工作人员来处理，等我们傍晚游乐园玩回来，说空调已修好，等我们洗完澡准备休息，11点空调又坏了，我们提出换房，酒店以没有房间拒绝，我们提出退当天房费，安排其他酒店入住，酒店又不同意，酒店负责人还拒绝电话沟通，给我们的旅行造成很多困扰.

房间老旧，设施设备很差劲，墙皮都脱落了，空调主机噪音很大，影响休息。网络也是经常断线。卫生间没有卫生纸，要了两次保安才捎过去，房间竟然没有一次性拖鞋，只有循环使用的塑料拖鞋，像家庭旅馆。最主要的是卫生间马桶臭味熏天，只要一进入卫生间刺鼻气味就会扑鼻而来。
