有史以来最郁闷的一次，硬是在大堂登记处打电话打了快1个小时，硬说我定了2次，而且他们不能取消，如果我自己不和代订中介处理好，她们就收双倍的钱。我是前面定了两次都被拒绝了，最后一次艺龙打电话说加钱才能定到，取消了前一个，又发了个别的订单，然后才成功，证据只显示一个成功，但鬼魅般他们前台一定说是2个订单，意味扣双倍的钱～～～～这么没诚意的宾馆，以后不会入住了，太不以客户考虑了
