暑假带家人去安吉游玩定的，离竹博园，藏龙百瀑和水上乐园都不远，相比较周末少则8,9百的民宿，我更倾向价格合适，服务优良的酒店。

酒店不错，房间床上用品白净，早餐较丰盛，停车方便，房务中心工作人员热情、服务周到，临时出差，忘带充电器，该中心人员马上帮忙解决好，在此再一次深表感谢！br在酒店用的晚餐，餐厅无论是管理层领导还是服务员的工作态度相当认真，服务周到、热情。br点赞！下次出差安吉还住这家酒店。

和老公爸妈一起出来玩，被安排在最高的18楼1808和1809，但是酒店竟然是晚上9点才开空调，晚上7点半呆在被晒了一天的房间真心崩溃。打电话给前台说让自己打920要求开中央空调，打了才知道原来这层楼前台今天不应该开房的。我提前好几天定的房间，不开难道不应该预留别层的房间吗？空调开了后以为终于可以了，结果早上被热醒了，不仅晚开还要早关，5点多啊！我该庆幸我不是大夏天来么。退房的时候和前台反应情况，前台全程冷漠脸，一声不吭，没有对不起，还把我房间400的押金拍到台上给我的，这态度我也是没话说了，4星的酒店这个样子我还不如住民宿，虽然房间便宜，但我表示花的很不开心，拉黑这种酒店。
