第一次入住五星酒店得到是一星的服务，强烈投诉前台Sherry戴眼镜的女生。我们是欠你钱了吗？前台，作为一个酒店给顾客的第一印象就是这样一幅冷漠对待顾客的嘴脸？倒是给我们提行李的一位戴眼镜的服务生态度特别好。建议你们好好管理一下前台的服务人员。这样的人根本不适合做这个位子。景色再美心情已经被破坏。
