以前总看到别人住酒店给免费升级，但是我从来没碰到过，这次终于实现了梦想。定的家庭房，给我们升级到主题家庭房，70多平米的大房间，里面好多玩具，闺女都乐疯了。还要重点表扬一下服务，超级热情，送了孩子小礼物和果盘，那里碰到服务人员都非常热情友好，强烈推荐！

在同程诸多酒店中细细挑选，才选了这一家，选择时还很疑惑，为什么多达两千多条评论中，不满意的只有十几条？这真是太难得了，因为旅途的不愉快有时候容易迁怒到任何地方，这样的经历相信很多人都有过。br住了之后真的明白了什么叫细节决定成败，前台动作利索，解释简明而完整，因为首次乘电梯、在一楼上厕所、停车问题先后三次跑出柜台，真心难能可贵，其他像升级房间、推荐餐厅、临走送水等其他游客多有提及，确是耳听为实；客房服务人员第一时间送来水果，附带亲笔手写的明信片；房间柜子里放着一只大玩具兔，女儿发现后很惊喜；早餐结束时间过后，工作的阿姨先后两次询问还需不需要，然后才不慌不忙地开始收摊。相信老板一定善待员工，才能有这样的回馈。br其他还有惊喜，住过就会知道。而我愿意下次来安吉还住这里很大的两个原因是：这不是筒子楼，没有窗户朝北的房间；窗子整个都可以打开，非常透气！
