作为hellokitty 乐园亲子首选酒店，真的要好好检讨配套，位置本来就偏僻，还没有叫车服务，叫车都要住客负责过来的费用，酒店没药店，没简单医疗室，完全不人性化。外表再豪华，没内涵，没根本想游客所想，急游客所急，失望！下次宁愿住远点。
