酒店设施完备，环境和餐饮符合定价标准，服务方面差强人意。住房目的是全运会观赛。
服务的两分是给每天早餐的工作人员，以及保洁员工的，会有微笑服务和问好。
前台服务需要整改，首先说我们定了一天，前台续房，只收了费，没有给房卡更新，需要他们协调先开一下门，等了五分钟，无奈只能自己先下楼更新房卡。
第二个问题是早餐券，一共两个房间，发了一个房间，另一个房间不发，有很多细节问题不注意，很马虎。
第三个问题，早上出门嘱咐需要先打扫一下房间，出门大概两个小时左右，回房间发现还是原样。

卫生、服务、设施都满意，有免费停车场，而且车位比较适中。就是酒店离公路近一些，有些噪音。晚餐在酒店吃的，有点餐和自助，我们点的特色菜，比较满意。早餐非常丰盛👍

要是带早餐就更好了，价格有些偏高，服务态度很好，有时间停车位比较紧张，建议以后把长住客人的早餐加上就比较好了！
