枕头太高，一夜没睡好问了服务员，能不能换个低点的，可结果服务员太态极差，让我用浴巾当枕头，免强难受了一夜没睡好，前台服员太度差极，再好的设备和环境也没心情来了

刚开业的 总的还行 因为定的房间在顶楼 顶楼好热 整个走廊好像没开空调。房间里空调好像也不太行 睡觉热死了 还有就是 房卡忘记在房间 等服务员好久时间才上来 开门。
