设施，环境，服务都与四星级还有很大差距！
前台相当寒碜，地面停车场相当小，没有自助早餐，电梯很小且只开一个十分拥挤，卫生一般，天花板有蜘蛛网，卫生间不大，洗澡水很冷，室内灯光不柔和，没有反射光和床头灯落地灯，全是些射灯很刺眼，隔音不好，洁具也是普通国产品牌……看评论说是县城最好的酒店，结果很失望

四个人带三个身份证，服务员死活不让住，派出所来协调才可以，耗费了我们一个小时。真是太认真了，服务意识有待加强。还有，地理位置很偏，根本就不是紫阳县城，就在郊区，离县城还有三公里，吃饭不方便。楼下就是客运站，吵得很！住了会后悔！
