真是我住过最特别的酒店，从来没有感受到酒店也能如此温馨，我们一家人刚到前台就被他们的热情感染了决定以后来安康就入住这家了，前台很有耐心的帮助我们办理入住，因对高新区不太熟问了很多问题，前台都一一解答。到房间觉得比较干燥问前台能不能帮拿两个盆他们竟然送来了加湿器和两瓶矿泉水，太惊喜了。退房时还给送了口罩和暖宝宝，温馨。还有我们带有孩子还主动帮我们拼床。真是服务太到位了。
