地理位置较好，对面旬阳政府打造的民生工程旬河滨江步道。适合饭后散步锻炼。有自己的室内停车场，但不大，有保安负责指挥安排停车。设施装修比较老化，但从侧面也说明了在当地开的时间比较长，老百姓知晓认可较好。服务比较热情，办理入住快，退房也快。另外早餐不错，有自己的菜豆花和凉皮。

酒店的服务那是相当的好，在旬阳县来说，他们家的服务还是不错的，数一数二的，吃饭特挺方便，楼下二楼就有各种吃的

酒店不错，就是旬阳管理太差。半夜警察查房，敲了两声就直接开门闯进来，你能想象自己睡得朦朦胧胧，四五个人站在你的床前的感受吗？衣服都没穿上就要给他们拿身份证。以后如果没有非去不可的事情，我是不会再去旬阳了。
