服务员态度很差。预订好的2楼标间，晚上22点到了后给我说没有预订的房间了，只有1楼的房间了，我问服务员预订好的什么原因没有了，告诉我不知道反正就是没房间了。我说先看看再说，没想到是负一楼。房间里潮湿一股霉味，问服务员是阳面还是阴面，告诉我她只上班不管阳面阴面，总之一问三不知，问她是不是傻的呢还和我们大吵大闹，简直是奇葩！

房间非常差，空调老旧，门窗都关不上，淋浴房防滑垫也没有，拖鞋没有，也就被子还勉强干净些
