作为酒店人来説，设施设备相对齐全，但通过陈列和功能区分是看得出来在用心营造舒适的住留环境的。客房服务、楼层的管理通过朱友珍阿姨的笑容和热情问候就能直观地感受到员工是热爱酒店的。前台的快捷服务，餐厅服务从主管到员工的高效，为旅居体验增值很多。唯一可以优化的建议是进入客房楼层在电梯里不需要刷房卡，安全性可以进一步提升。

非常满意的住宿体验，床垫不软不硬很舒适，乾净整洁布置很温馨，早餐非常丰富，西餐中餐自由选择，晚上还送来生日礼物和生日祝福，手写的祝福太贴心了，感谢我的家乡，感谢香澜豪庭！

酒店环境很好，设备齐全，前台小姐姐服务热情，赞房间非常宽敞明亮，乾净整洁，地方位置交通也非常方便，唯一遗憾不足的就是早餐时间太仓促了，9点就结束了，希望和一线城市接轨…改到10点！
