这个酒店唯一一点好处是距离高铁站比较近吧，步行可到。
前台服务真是一塌糊涂，入住需要收按金，但是现在一般酒店都不收按金的，我就问了一嘴，结果就不耐烦。其次，酒店明明有很多空房间，偏偏给我们走廊最後一间房。
然酒店也是开的蛮久了，设备都比较旧。
大家还是选择其他酒店吧，避雷这家

酒店位置很好，高铁站出来步行五分钟就到，环境好，衞生特别赞??，早餐也很不错，前台小姐姐们服务也很热情，以後出差来安庆就美可居了！

酒店环境、位置、衞生、配套设施都很不错，尤其是前台的接待引导礼貌热情，但存在重大不足:一是房间内有陈设售价商品，问题是如何保证消费者权益，旅客进入房间前并不知悉房间内陈设有多少需要另行购买的商品，如果仅靠保洁口头对数，难以保证消费者权益。要麽扫码点单要麽使用封闭容器扫码付款打开，要麽就不要陈设另行购买的商品在内。否则，因为保洁的清点不到位不及时，难道要我们为上一个顾客或者保洁的工作过失去承担莫须有的消费买单？希望能够引起店家重视及整改。本来解释都不想解释，令人生气的点就在於，我们短住一晚，为了赶车落住一晚，女友且就在姨妈期，有房间内垃圾桶为证。何来的使用计生用品一説？用来吹气球不成？从进入房间就未曾看到有此类商品陈设，直到早上退房，保洁告知前台客人用了计生用品，准备扣除按金。简直莫名其妙，有辱斯文，这且不是扣钱的事情，对於人格权益的侵犯跟消费服务体验的影响都是巨大的，我希望店家能够从尊重消费者角度出发，对这一细节做出改善。谢谢！
