安全、安静应该是这里的特色，因为有很好的位置和管理。入冬后房间非常暖和。院子里的环境很优美，毕竟曾经有国家级领导人居住过。离219公园近也是一个很大的特色。虽说硬件设施不是特别的高大上，但性价比是很高的。
