卫生和设施状况良好，只是服务员除了店里的有关事项外，旅客再想了解点什么情况都一问三不知，感觉很冷。我就纳闷，我们的酒店就不能替旅客提供多一点点儿的方便和服务吗？这些年我国的旅店太不重视软件服务建设了，必须与硬件建设同步才能给旅店带来更好的效益！

这个价位来讲不是很好，本来在11楼，房间温度非常不理想，并且窗户透风严重，1105号房间，一直在19度。
后期更换到1706，室内温度22度。
态度很好，效率很一般，整个过程下来将近2小时。
希望酒店管理方面加强。
