因为东山宾馆无房选了双子，除了房间小之外都还不错，服务很好。如果餐厅能够禁烟就更好了，一大早就在餐厅吞云吐雾实在倒胃口！

酒店的硬件还是可以的，位置好找，房间舒适，早餐也还行。只是服务水平还需提高，订单有效到六点，五点多给前台打电话说晚点肯定到，请保留房间，回复说可以，结果晚上到酒店说没房间了要换别的房型，而且说没接过保留房间的电话，手机里有电话记录也没有录音说明是要留房，酒店只看订单到六点，态度很不好，其实酒店前台疏忽了就承认一下道个歉就行，真不知这值班经理怎么培训的。

总的来说还算可以，房间隔音太差了，其它的还算满意。早餐也算不错，像商务酒店这样的早餐标准也算一流了!
