服务很烂，网上预定，柜台办理入住需要等2小时。我晚上22:00在艺龙下单缴费（不能退）。22:40到柜台办入住，服务员告诉我必须等2小时。这是他们规定。什么烂玩意。以后不会再住，外表看很好，服务就是很低档次。网上定的还不能给开发票。需要找网站开。

时间比较赶，没吃早餐，位置距离公交车站很近，有停车场，酒店很大，房间也不错，就是前台办理比较慢而已，定的大床房，挺好的，房间wifi特别好,儿童戏水乐园与温泉区域需要单独买票，88一位，儿童68，没有优惠，这一点觉得不给力，其余的还可以。四层楼外面看不见景色，只有鼓风机等设备，建议别住在四层，楼梯间需要刷卡上楼。

近邻汤岗子疗养院，治疗比较方便。据说是汤岗子的温泉水。但汤岗子工作人员说，现在温泉水，他们自己都不太够用的。
12点退房，不能延迟，否则电脑自动扣费。
设施想当年一定非常豪华。
早餐能吃饱。
自己点餐，厨师水平不错。
停车场挺方便的。

酒店位置在汤岗子镇，酒店设施、卫生都不错，房间大小没有描述的36平，在酒店住宿温泉没有优惠，其它都还好，晚上在附近吃的烧烤，喝点鞍山新8度，去千山旅游，晚间在这里住宿，温泉水很好，泡一下正好可以解除一天的疲惫，很满意
