夏天的话还是不怎么推荐的 房间内的空调不怎么好用 不过交通很方便 而且价钱也挺合适的 物美价廉勉强还是可以说的

每次去都住在这里，服务还不错。只是这次去不知道是不是因为节假日太忙了，前台有个服务人员态度不好，而且浴液没有了让服务员添加了两次都没加，住了两晚都用的自己带的。希望下次不会了吧。

1酒店前台服务员2123态度不好 不提倡作为酒店的脸面在前台服务 有损顾客体验酒店的心情 2酒店房间的被子入住的时候发现有个破洞 还好第二天帮忙换掉了 3屋子里没有吹风机 作为四星酒店不应该的 4洗澡水不是一直都是热水 时冷时热 好几次都快洗完了水才热 5客房打扫的服务员态度很好 敬业精神值得赞扬 6屋子里的空调完全不好用 夏天入住如果不开窗一定会很热 7酒店位置极好 去哪都很方便 。 希望以后酒店会越来越好

前台工号2123的服务员态度相当恶劣 不知道是自身素质低下还是酒店培训不到位 一副爱答不理的样子不说 对顾客咨询的疑问根本不屑于回答还反过来质问 态度蛮横眼神恶毒 就像多问她一嘴会耽误她多长时间一样 只能说2123这个员工作为酒店前台这个职位……素质太差！ 让我对鞍山环球酒店的印象大打折扣 希望相关酒店领导能解决一下 前台是酒店的脸面 就这样的人员服务态度 酒店以后如何提升？

去鞍山逛街，是比较近的住处，就是设施比较老了，另外发霉的气味比较重，服务员态度一般，可能是五一人多的缘故吧。
