前台接待的女经理态度太生硬，我们是住店的客人不是犯人，我们住的是莱弗仕酒店不是莱弗仕监狱，别别把生活中的不开心带到工作中，因为你的原因你带的团队服务真的很差，以后在也不会入住莱弗仕酒店了，我也会告诫我身边的亲朋好友远离你所工作的酒店，我只能说酒店有你这样的员工是一种悲哀，一条鱼腥了一锅汤
