前台服务态度不好，我在艺龙订的房间前台说没查到就不管了，让我联系艺龙，艺龙联系他们后，说只有附楼房间了，而且还把责任推给艺龙，我同时订了三个房间，其他两间房都有，怎么艺龙就把我这个落下了，解决问题一点不积极，后来还是艺龙网的努力下给我升级为复式房了，艺龙不错的，赞一下

三人间挺有特点，除了没有独立卫生间外还是很不从的，环境不错~没有室外温泉很可惜~

酒店还是不错的，泡完温泉直接回房间很方便，楼上楼下，说实话房间虽然有点小，真会还是不错的，推荐！
