一次超出预期的旅行，太棒了。酒店环境非常好，人性化，态度好。水上乐园干净 玩法多 价格亲民 美食广场吃的价格合理 ，是一个带孩子游玩休闲放松的好去处！以后会常去，也会推荐给身边的伙伴们。希望御汤泉在越来越好。

园区还没建成 设施新 软件和服务要加强 早餐人多 没什么吃的 由于都是独立的楼 办入住要去3号楼 找了半天也没找到 也没有指示牌 连个咨询的工作人员都没有 办完入住进楼一楼一片黑 灯都不打 连个工作人员都没有 离店人多 就一个工作人员办理等好久 体验一般

适合带孩子去，酒店的服务态度很好，环境很卫生很干净，早餐也很丰盛，样式很多。酒店位置就在水乐园附近，很方便

酒店硬件还是不错的，但是服务实在太差，办理入住时的安姓经理脸拉的老长，每问一句都回被白一眼，好像到她家要饭一样。定的是有门票的房，现在是旺季，所以每名服务员都是大爷，不但不搭理你，居然在排队租圈那的服务员像哄苍蝇一样的摆手不说话不理人，这样的服务行业还是第一次见到！本来看到季卡99元觉得是真便宜，现在想明白了，还什么季卡呀，都是一锤子买卖。感觉老板投资这么多建的酒店都会败在这些服务人员的态度上。想去的朋友做好当三孙子的心理准备吧！退房的时候查房查的像防贼一样，让人心里不舒服，也真不知道酒店有什么金银宝贝怕人偷，反正除了硬件，只要关系到人员服务的都让人不舒服

酒店卫生环境可以，住店无限次免费玩还挺合适的，就是没啥好吃的，开车出去吃的饭，周末人多，玩什么都得排队，
