我不想说别的，只想说服务员态度好差，脸拉老长，续住时说我们携程订的就不高兴，安排我们最差的房间，本来还要住几天的，果断改地方了。

酒店除了地理位置好，设施很老了，而且服务很有问题，联系的旅行社黄果树一日游居然晚点一个半小时，和旅行社无法联系，导致出游紧张，希望酒店升级
