凑合，前台服务不好.预定的页面有礼品 实际不给.前台说没有，但是预定页面已经更新.看不到之前赠送的礼包信息，一盒饼干不值钱.但是那么大酒店信誉也不要了.妄称五星级酒店.厕所的移门很容易夹到手.

位置绝佳，湖景房窗外正对虹山湖，景色超美，周围一公里内就是商业区，很多小吃，离文庙很近。酒店楼下的牛肉汤锅味道很赞！酒店泳池不错，人少，水清，不足在于泳池淋浴间的洗发水和沐浴露已经空了，没有及时补充；房间里的浴缸有污渍。床很舒服，非常安静，Check in有送好吃的cookie，孩子非常喜欢。适合游黄果树回来放松度假。会向朋友推荐。

带老人和孩子旅游的。冲着它国际牌子过来，感觉性价比真是太一般。Wi-Fi还得收费，打电话前台，要酒店会员才能享受免费，一番交涉，给我注册了个会员。第二天一早我父母带孩子去吃早餐，被一个脑残服务员拦下，说一间房只能两位客人用餐，我真是醉了，多出来一个人不能挂帐吗？不然我们入住交那么多押金干嘛？其实五星级酒店硬件设施都差不多，真正能赢得口碑的是服务，我觉得它的服务和国际五星差别很大，不值得推荐！

前台服务周到细致，房间内设置低调奢华！酒店配套设施齐全，最赞的就是入住赠送的曲奇，超好吃！游完黄果树瀑布后有点累，我们有跑回去续住一晚！推荐
