因为前台的态度和飞猪的欺骗，真的不颗星都不想给！要不是那天是要参加公务员考试，直接投诉到底不住了！首先，我定的是精致大床房，到了酒店说了名字和电话，前台一口咬定没有预定！拿订单号和短信给她看，还是说没有预定！明明是自己的问题，还理直气壮说肯定是我自己定错了，后来另一个同事过来看了我的短信立马就找到了！但是！给我留的房间却是普通标间！更可气的是前台很拽的说只有标间了，你到底住不住！**！**钱都付了，付的是精致大床房的价格，价格上相差几十块呢！
