虽然是新开的，但是地毯看起来很脏。而且办理入住的时候前台自己没找到订单就说我们的房间没了，后来联系携程才解决的。退房的时候更是差劲，明明是前一天入住消费的方便面没有补进去，还非要说是我们消费的，而且退房等了差不多快一个小时才退好，服务真心让人上火。反正以后不会再去了！
