环境好，大堂很气派。服务超级好，前台入住退房都很快。晚餐是赠送的，但是非常棒，量足味道好。自助早餐的服务员对待孩子很亲切和热情，我们吃好临走时还问我们要不要打包酸奶鸡蛋和水果给孩子路上吃，简直太棒啦！对了，每天下午房间还送蛮多的水果和两瓶牛奶，还有4瓶农夫山泉（喝了还给及时补上）。这样的服务已经是远远超过五星啦！以后度假还会去！

一级棒！服务好，环境美，早餐丰富。来去游泳馆有车接送。还送水果，天气卡。细节到位。唯一的建议是菜的盖子一直未盖，这个天气菜凉了。其他相当好！还会再来的。

再次带儿子来，酒店房间宽敞，设施齐备。但是缺点是没有开自助餐，儿子和我们都很失望。这么好的酒店怎么会没有自助餐呢？

酒店服务超级超级好，里面的经理也好，前台也好，服务员也好，都服务细致热情，早餐很不错，很丰富，值得一提的是酒店中餐也非常好吃，赞！

酒店整体环境优美，前台客房服务态度都很不错，团队合作精神强。特别点名早餐服务员王翠花，笑容举止优雅，服务特别周到，凯里酸汤粉特别好吃，臊子丰富每天两碗，很满意。
