带娃和爸妈一起去旅游的。爸妈住那间反映说床附近闻到呕吐的味道，估计是清理不到位。还有最气人的是退房，退房检查时间慢，解决问题的能力差，居然在退房的时候说我爸妈的房间少了两盒避孕套！！老人家这么老了，这种东西哪里用得上，要用也用不了两盒好吗！检查不见就说客人用，我怎么知道你前一天放进去了没有！纠缠了很久才相信我们没用。几百块的酒店都住了，会差你几十块钱吗！我从来没去过哪个酒店退房耽误了我半个钟的。我住过的酒店，高档或中低档，很少放这么多自费用的东西，这个酒店放了一堆。其他环境早餐什么的都过得去。就是要加强服务！
