酒店的硬件五星水准，免费升级了套间，住的非常舒服，赠送了手礼，很好吃，泳池1.2米，适合家庭，风景很好，性价比超高，有储藏室，特别方便放行李。提些建议，入住的宾客肯定有相同感受，软件服务离五星还有距离，可能和当地民风有关，是否帮住客主动拿行李，主动问好，送的水品牌（冰露，照片是贵阳一般酒店赠送），首日自由行入住欢迎水果等等，细节还需提升，相信酒店能逐步改进，越办越好！

大堂挺帅，风景超好，服务不错，房间最赞。
