服务挺好，出门半个月床睡起来最舒服的一次。沙发上的抱枕上有油渍，地板木有五星标准那么干净。整体不错。

不满意。
住的豪华套房，客厅里不开空调就一股烟臭味，ktv包厢一样？去行政酒廊，前后核实了四遍身份和房号，最后就干坐着喝了杯椰汁？这就是希尔顿的服务？

位置：在虹山公园对面，窗外景色非常怡人，非高峰时段从火车站打车过来也就10分钟吧，附近还有个小吃街。
房间：艺龙订了逸林大床房，到店给升级为湖景大床房，房间就是标准的希尔顿，有浴缸，床品干燥柔软，房内空调也很安静，虽然靠近路边但是晚上无噪音，能睡个好觉，早上醒来拉开窗帘看看湖光山色，一天心情更是爆表。
服务：入住和退房都快捷简便，入住还赠送了特有的曲奇以及自助餐的代金券。
卫生：非常过关，地毯、床品、洗手间都整洁无异味

应该是安顺最好的酒店了，可棉拖竟然备二手的，相当不卫生呐。服务较刻板，当天儿童节，小朋友想要一个毛绒玩具，答复是玩具已从大堂撤走，没法满足。停车场出口刻板到不尽人情，因为不知道需停车券，出示房卡也不行。当时还下着雨，后面有好几辆车排队等候，即便如此，也必须去前台领券才予以放行。说好一张券停24小时，结果几小时出去时又要停车券……
