从国外回国过年，因为考虑到离我父母家特别近就选了这家酒店。前台服务从登记入酒店后的几天从来没对我们笑过，很生硬，也从来没寒暄过！入住房间后发现墙贴的纸好几处都起皮，很陈旧！房间内很重一股烟味！洗澡间里的玻璃一点都没有透明感，玻璃交接地板处很脏，像是从来没仔细打扫过！在看毛巾，白色毛巾完全变成暗黑，给前台说了此事，她们完全没有道歉，也没有想说给另外换房之意。后来考虑到我和我老公带着4个娃就懒得马上换房，房间里只有两条毛巾，我给服务员多要了3条毛巾，前台就给我说要收费5块一条，因为规定每个房间只配两条！你看这人性化嘛？一点不适合家庭旅游！我们索性过了2天后直接换酒店！非常不建议任何人定他家酒店！里面欧式设计还OK，但是肮脏，陈旧的设施还有前台态度等是完全不合理的！
