酒店整体不错，但是管理极其不到位。在携程订房都已经确认了一个多小时，前台一直找不到，等了一个小时才入住。早上吃自助餐，品种少不说，客人在这边吃，服务员在旁边一桌吃，大声喧哗。客人桌上的纸巾，问都不问，直接拿走，很不礼貌。

酒店房间很好，干净，周围吃饭也很方便，离温泉小镇小广场很近。楼层住高点小镇夜景很漂亮。不足是酒店办理退房非常慢，用了四十多分钟，希望改进。
