由于是预付的，最后酒店账单金额低于网上支付金额，说是同程收了35一间的手续费。由于公司规定只能按账单金额报销，期见多次就该问题电话沟通及投诉，订单中心和酒店中心互相推诿。最后一次电话沟通让我先把账单及发票开好，随后安排专属客服人员与我处理。再三确认后我才把账单及发票开好，随后发到短信告知的专属链接。然后就是如图的推诿。。。。。。还是号称最高等级的会员账号都是这样处理投诉的

很失望。优点是位置好，交通和餐饮方便。缺点太多，硬件老旧，早餐差，水压小；服务冷淡，管理差，天天有小卡片，烦人！增票没有～让我排队等，回去后时时电话来问有没有～这是啥道理？
