入住当天晚上的前台服务很好，知道我们有老人，贴心的安排了不靠马路的房间，只是第二天退房时白天的前台服务比头天晚上的差，我在边上的椅子坐着等楼层服务员查房后办退房，结果老半天也不通知我，最后还是我问才说可以办了，硬件都不错，希望加强个别服务生的素质

必须点赞，为其他人参考：位置好找，的确称得上精品。酒店干净整洁，设计和装修比较有格调，细节处都体现了用心，既不媚俗也不平庸。泰式房间大力推荐，床舒服，超级喜欢落地花园，我们在这里看电影，不影响孩子睡觉。工作人员服务热情周到。晚餐时碰到老板，聊了聊，感觉得出来用心在经营。
唯一缺点：早餐太简单。
