酒店离黄果树瀑布最短距离11公里是走黄果树大道但现在还没修好路特别坑坑挖挖，走高速16公里直接到景区肯定选择走高速，有两点服务太差：一是沐浴露洗发水没有了不主动加，叫加沐浴露只加淋浴露不拿洗发水，又要叫多一次；二是早餐品种太少，让人感觉不像是酒店的自助餐。
