  带孩子玩住了好几晚，有高铁接送服务，我定的带温泉票的每天下午孩子在房间换好衣服就下楼直接泡温泉游泳很方便。离美人松雕塑公园很近走过去带孩子玩雪玩滑冰，买吃的和外卖都很方便。工作人员服务都很好。下次还来。

  天池-32℃的气温下来，到酒店来个41℃的养生温泉，真的不要太爽！酒店环境很不错，室内外温泉项目很丰富，石疗，休息区设施很挺好！交通便利，适合度假！早餐也很全！保安，前台服务都很不错，疫情期间对待防疫真的很负责任！

  符合价位的体验，尤其是温泉，200多一晚，还有几个大池子温泉。泡的时候刚好碰到下雪。雪里泡温泉，真是太舒服了。 这几天长白山太冷了，地暖不是特别暖，要了取暖器还可以。

  大堂服务员很热心，服务好，房间干净卫生，就是楼下前后都是吃的店，味较大，不能开窗，有点遗憾，交通方便

  酒店大体感官不错，舒适度挺好的，卫生干净，喜欢前台的两位小美女（马娇娇）（浦佳月），漂亮可爱，态度好
