帮朋友代订的房间516 和517，朋友退房后，酒店多扣了30元的消费。后来朋友向我抱怨，说他们在酒店并没有其他消费。这时，本人才打电话去酒店的前台确认，得知是酒店扣错款，把其他客人的消费品记到我朋友的房帐上。尽管过后酒店立即退还30 元。但是假如我朋友没有向我反馈这件事的话，酒店是不是就不了了知呢？可见酒店管理相当混乱。

Clean and comfortable hotel. Front desk service was good. Friendly hotel. Location at old town with shops around. Local breakfast provided, but does not suits us.
