不吹不黑，总体评价如下：1、硬件设施完善，日常养护也不错，健身房也有；2、服务水平有待提升：下大雨，没有地下停车场，等了半天雨仍未停，冒雨冲进大堂；498的价格没有送水果，询问后大约俩字“没有”；3、内部管理有待提升：艺龙网订的，前台付费，不给开具发票，交涉后才同意；早餐缩水，才8点多一点牛奶就没有了。
