刚办理好了入住，前台给了我509房间的卡，没想到我来到房间以后打不开房门，又下去问前台，前台的人给我操作了一下，我上来还是打不开，居然给我说应该可以打开了，后来给我换了一个房间，这个房间没法连无线网，给酒店前台打电话吧，前台的人说她的能上，说话模棱两可，来回踢皮球，服务态度差劲的很，要预定这家酒店的人千万不要预定，交钱之前和交钱后两个样子，没法再差劲了！按说应该全额退钱的！！！
