环境和酒店卫生都不错，管家很热情，景区没人，可以把车开进景区。地暖，一点都不冷。别墅里有餐具可以做饭可以烧烤，夏天值得来

不能加床，车不能开到酒店那里很不方便，其他都好好，景区不大，但环境挺好的，带着孩子玩不累，住宿环境好，适合几个家庭一起玩

去之前心里比较忐忑，到了之后才发现是惊喜。民宿就在景区里边，每个房间还送两张景区通票。管家很负责任，很热情，几乎有求必应。不足就是还需缴纳押金，但是退房也很快速，没出景区大门押金就返回了。下次带家人再来体验。

酒店内部和外部环境不错，优点和缺点都有。1优点赠送了早餐和套票，但是订单上不显示。2原来订了6室的，告知6室的水管坏了，换了和5+1。3服务中心和民宿不在一起，订单上没显示。4管理上细节不够，不能及时反馈换的房间，门禁卡没给后打不开门才给，没有醒目的联系电话，总之软件需要加强。

酒店在景区内，在景区内游玩还是非常方便的，在游客中心办理入住会有电瓶车接送，装修很有特色，房间也比较大，但是提供的洗漱用品感觉很一般

环境非常好，别墅盖在上顶上非常棒！硬件设施非常好，设计景区路线也不错，送餐到客厅用餐非常方便，管家服务周到，热情纯朴，几个家庭出游非常好的选择！有机会还回去！
