  酒店独特的设计，我很钟意，一进门，就有大厅人员亲切的接待，一杯的蜂蜜柠檬水，正是我所需要的。前台人员无微不至的关心，耐心专业的讲解周边景点和美食，还很热情的帮忙升级了房间。房间也是宽敞，透光性很好，整洁，在小院子里，很安静，床也非常舒适，零压床垫真的是爱了。房间是独立空调，制冷效果杠杠的。简直就是殿堂级的享受。知道我要去文字博物馆，很主动帮忙预约了门票和车子，车型很舒适整个旅途很享受，太贴心了！送外卖的机器人很萌，很可爱。真心不错，真的让人感受到其他酒店没有的贴心。感觉很踏实！以后来安阳必住的酒店。真的很棒！
