房间除了有点小之外还是很干净的，床很舒服~早餐也可以，补菜都很及时~还有洗衣房很方便~就是前台态度很不好，一看是艺龙订房就安排个最差的临街的房！！故意说本地话以为我们听不懂！！酒店本身是不错的，可前台这样的素质真的有损酒店形象！

酒店房间的硬件还是不错的 主要是软件不够 服务意识不够 前台让客人感决不到热心服务 入住和结帐时业务不熟悉 早歺单调 在正常的就歺时间内基本上就没什么可以吃的了 希望尽快改进
