非常令人失望和郁闷的经历！原本希望泡泡温泉解除疲乏，但走到温泉区才知道没有一个池子注满水！工作人员指示有三四个室外池子正在注水，恐怕需等个把小时才行！只好临时换成了汤屋。但很遗憾结账时，服务员竟然未退押金！开车走出很远自己发现后返回温泉前台，服务员一查说“是的押金未退呢”，把钱一放，就觉得一切都无所谓了！尤其是那位当事服务员，在一旁就像根本没有这回事儿一样和别人聊得甚欢！简单和值班经理沟通了一下，在我的要求下，经理说可以补偿给我多跑的高速路费，但那位当事服务员一脸战斗气氛地勉强在经理的要求下拿出补偿款。我说，感谢经理的态度和处理，有这个态度即可，不需要实际补偿。因此未接受补偿。摇头离开！我对那位服务员和她的几位不以为然的同事深感遗憾！对这个酒店的服务理念的荒凉和枯漠深感遗憾！绝对的差评！
