网上注明有返还，但是前台小姐说是艺龙网返回给我的？？难得她能说得出口，当她返还给我的时候，只退一间36元，我说小姐我订的是两间呀，她才慢慢再退回36元给我，真无语！要收停车费，没WIFI，下次不会来这间，附近有新的酒店也是一样的房费，有WIFI，不要停车费，感觉贵，不值。

在艺龙网订好了房间到酒店办理入住手续时，被告知我己入住，没房间了，太乌龙了吧，后经交涉，才重新安排房间

按预订时间到酒店前台办理入住手续，被前台服务员告知，我己入住，当时，我就懵了。奇了怪了，我才到酒店，怎么可能就己入住了呢?难道还真是碰到同名同姓还订了同样数量的房间，经查询，服务员说看錯了，现在房间不够了，这也太乌龙了吧，后来向经理反映，才重新给够了房间，入住后，才发现其中有三间房房卡打不开门，房间门毎次都得由酒店服务员来开，非常不方便，而且还有一间空调有问题，通知服务员，被告知工程部没人,无语了……

洗澡的热水一点都不热，床比较旧又硬。服务员不怎么热情，我本来就入住了，艺龙来电核实说我没入住。
