到店后 前台告知未接收到艺龙网的订单通知 但自己却可在网上看到酒店方早已确认的信息 前台口头承诺按原价换房型 未明确到收据上 导致了退房时对方的否认确毫无对证 事后对方同意双方各承担一部分差额 解决争议 看来美联的管理还需规范
