每次来田东都选择祥和酒店入住，这次入住在前台接待时就询问喜欢吃什么水果，答复后入住不到10分钟，水果就送到，有点小惊喜的感觉。服务细节上感觉较原来有提升，比如：在楼道遇上客房员工，主动打招呼；在大堂PA大姐正在拖地做卫生，我走过时问好并提醒注意脚下，前台员工看见我过来会起立问候需要办什么手续，希望在房间设施上的细节处理再完好一些，这样客人得到的体验感会更好。
