本以为半年不住了，服务有所提升。24号晚，回到房间，电视遥控器找遍了整个房间找不到，于是给前台电话。她说你找过了吗？在床头桌子上的本子里，我说我找过了，不见。那你再找一下看看，我说我都找遍了，不见。她说不可能不见的！我好声好气的说了我都找过了，她还在教我怎么找。听不懂人话吗？还什么卵语气问我名字？24号晚值班那个女的，脑子是个好东西，希望你有！你要真有脾气，别干啊！

就在市中心，酒店设施还行，就是退房当天我们把行李收拾好等前台打电话来退房，前台竟然派人去打扫房间而不提醒，我们付了全天房费就算了，那我们没退房你提前让服务员打扫是什么意思？
