第一，个人非常认可贵酒店的硬件设施，作为田东为数不多且规模较大的豪华型酒店，不管是大堂或是房间，整个装修给人的感觉都是比较豪华舒适宽敞的感觉。
第二，作为酒管出身且也在酒店业混过几年的个人来讲，前厅部的服务意识和专业性让我大跌眼镜，从多送两瓶水开始就以此为条件要客人点五星好评还是第一次看到；其次更让本人惊讶的是退房时要延迟退房时间，在并未告知客人延迟退房需要多加收房费时，既然已经答应了允许延迟点退房，为何在客人退房时告知不给五星好评就不退押金的条件以此来要求客人给予五星好评，真是第一次遇到。
我想邀请好评的方式有很多，在没有问过客人一个入住体验就直接提出要好评是不是有些不妥呢？
