1、打总机咨询WiFi密码，总机要我转客房服务，结果是不需要密码；
2、11点多打总机咨询游泳池的情况，总是反复强调已经不营业了。拜托，我也知道这个点用不了，难道我一定要在营业时间内给你打电话？
以上两点说明，服务人员不专业不敬业，服务意识不强，服务态度不好。
退房，前台四人，一个收房卡，一个等待查房后开水单，一个开发票，一个不知道干嘛。四个人为一个退房服务，退房要十几分钟，很低效！很多便捷酒店都免查房了，他们也有消费品在，怎么做到的？你们就学不了？
